Fourteen-day request window
The planned launch policy accepts a refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase. The final Gumroad checkout will display the operative seller identity, contact method, policy, and any legally required rights before payment.
How to request
Use the support contact on the Gumroad receipt and include the order email and purchase identifier. Do not send card or bank details.
File access
When a refund is issued, the personal license to use the product ends. Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting support about an ordinary refund request.
Local rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights that apply under the purchaser's local law.
